Most real estate relationships begin long before anyone is ready to make a move.
That was the case with Robert and Moni.
They wanted to leave the Denver area and find a place with more room to roam.
Flexible HOA or no rules mattered.
They first thought South Dakota might be the right fit, and they bought a home there.
But over the next couple of years, we kept talking.
They bought a motorhome and spent time in the Jupiter area while they searched for the place that would actually feel right.
Eventually, they found it in Jupiter Farms.
The tricky part?
They were still in South Dakota, getting ready for the move to Florida.
And they trusted me enough to make an offer before seeing the home in person.
I do not take that lightly.
FaceTime helps, but it is not the same as standing in the house yourself.
So I walked through the property with them on video and showed them what I was seeing, the good parts, the layout, the land, and the things I would want someone to show me if I were buying from far away.
By then, the trust had already been built.
Not in one phone call.
Not in one showing.
Over time.
Now Robert and Moni are moved in, and they are planning a huge garage for Robert's car collection.
As any collector knows, finding room for the cars is always part of the challenge.
Now they have more than enough room for that, and for the life they were hoping to build here.
That is the part I love most.
Real estate is never just about the house.
It is about helping people find the place where the next version of their life is a fit.
So honored to have been a small part of this one.
