There’s a first time for everything!
My brother-in-law just got a new self-driving Tesla! He loves it but is still getting used to all the features. With the press of a button, he can change it from self-driving to driving it himself! From fully charged, it takes about half the battery energy to drive from Indian Wells to Palos Verdes on the coast. I believe he paid about $45,000 for this fully electric vehicle. It suits him fine. He says it takes about 45 minutes to fully charge. Apparently, if you want to drive country in one, the infotainment center informs you when and where to stop and charge it. Apparently most gas stations provide charging areas.
