SOLD. 🎉🏡
This one tested every ounce of patience, persistence, creativity, and problem-solving I had (well and probably every other individual involved too...🫣)
What should have been a straightforward transaction (if there is one these days) turned into nearly a year-long journey filled with twists, turns, hurdles, delays, lender challenges, probate issues, repair negotiations, DPA obstacles, extensions, and more than a few moments where it looked like the deal might fall apart completely!! Mind you, it did already once…enter the creativity for this run at it 💡😅
But today, none of that matters.
Today, a wonderful family gets to start a new chapter in a home they absolutely love.
Real estate isn't always about the easy transactions. Sometimes it's about showing up again and again, making the next phone call, finding the next solution, and refusing to quit when everyone "reasonable" might do just that! Suffices to say, I'm not your realtor if you want a quitter😉😬
This house fought us every step of the way, but it also reminded me why I love what I do. Helping people achieve homeownership, even when they're not technically my client, is worth every obstacle, every late-night email, every strategy session, and every challenge along the way. 👏
Congratulations to the new owners. May this home be filled with laughter, memories, celebrations, and all the possibilities that come with having a place to call your own.
This was exhausting.
