Some closings just hit differently… and this one absolutely did. ❤️
My sweet buyer found not just a new home, but a community and a next chapter that feels so right for her. And the seller? One of those people you instantly adore. Truly good people on both sides of this transaction. 🥹✨
One of my favorite moments from this deal happened after the inspection. The seller got home and suddenly the TV wasn’t working 📺😅 I happened to still be nearby showing another property, so I told her agent I’d swing back over and help.
What we thought would be a quick fix turned into all of us standing around laughing and troubleshooting for over an hour… alongside the incredibly gracious Clayton Bowman with Bowman Inspection Group, who even circled back to help figure it out too. 🔎
Plot twist: it was a tripped GFCI in a bathroom nowhere near the TV 😂👏
But honestly, I think we all secretly loved the extra time together.
And apparently this transaction just kept delivering because on final walkthrough day, Katerina Czech and her best assistant ever, Mason, swooped in to save the day too. 🦸♀️✨ It truly felt like everyone showed up in the best ways throughout this entire process.
This closing became so much more than paperwork and keys. My buyer’s daughters have officially brought me into the “sisterhood,” and apparently they’re keeping me now 🤍😂
And to the seller… thank you for the warmth, the stories, and the beautifully cared-for home. You were truly a joy to get to know.
