As a longtime resident of the Pocono Mountains/Lehigh Valley area, Erica brings over
20 years of area expertise as a top producing Realtor. After witnessing firsthand, the
joy that overcame people when purchasing their home, she decided to obtain her real

state license in 2003. It was during this time that she learned to provide exceptional
client service while honing her skills in the real estate industry. She manifests integrity,
compassion, and hard work in every detail of a real estate transaction, and over the
course of 20 years, she has built a very successful career in the Poconos/Lehigh Valley
Area. She is the recipient of the Master Club Award, Multi-Million Dollar Award, and the
Chairman’s Circle Gold Award. She has worked in all aspects of the industry including
Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Banks, Corporate Relocation, Landlords, and Tenants. Erica and her family reside in the Pocono Mountain area. She enjoys the outdoors and
loves traveling, hiking, boating, motorcycle riding, baking, and live music. She finds
great joy in entertaining as well, and loves to host events. Erica also enjoys helping out in her local soccer league as well as the local chapter of
Girls on the Run where she is a sponsor. She gives exceptional area tours, and finds
