Buying a home together is exciting.
But before you start saving kitchens, backyards, and primary suites, there are a few conversations that matter more than the photos.
What payment actually feels comfortable?
How much cash should stay in savings after closing?
Who is paying for repairs, furniture, and emergencies?
Who will be on the loan?
Who will be on title?
What happens if one person wants to move sooner than the other?
How will you make decisions when emotions get high?
Not romantic.
Very necessary.
The strongest buyers are not always the ones with the biggest budget.
Sometimes they are the ones who talked through the real-life stuff before the house made everything emotional.
Save this for later.
Send it to the person you want to buy with.
