🇺🇸🎆🎇Less than one month until a dazzling display 250 years in the making! Parker’s July 4th fireworks display will be our biggest ever as we celebrate America 250, Colorado 150 and Parker’s 45th anniversary. Residents are encouraged to reconnect with neighbors while enjoying the fireworks show remotely July 4 at 9:30 p.m.

The Town of Parker is hosting a remote-viewing (no singular park-and-watch location) fireworks display this Independence Day. Fireworks will launch at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, July 4 from Salisbury Park, weather permitting. Please note, this year’s fireworks will launch from a new location on the northeast side of Salisbury Park, rather than the north side used in previous years. Reference the map on the event webpage to compare the previous launch site with this year’s.

To mark this year’s major milestones, we’re bringing a bigger display than ever and inviting residents to get back to their roots by reconnecting with neighbors and starting new traditions. Whether it’s a block party, a shared meal or a few games outside, community-led celebrations are a chance to connect close to home, where it matters most. We’ll share ideas on the event webpage for inspiration.

Salisbury Park, 11920 Motsenbocker Road, will be open to the public on the holiday, but there will be no additional services or activities, and only limited parking available (300 paved spaces) on a first-come, first-served basis. While on-site parking will be limited, there are a number of other public areas to view the fireworks show. Depending on site view limits, fireworks may be viewable from up to two miles away from the launch site. Public parks that provide good views of the display include Bar CCC Park, McCabe Meadows, Stroh Ranch Soccer Fields and Tallman Meadow Park, and portions of the Cherry Creek Trail.

Safety remains the Town’s top priority. Environmental conditions, including drought or elevated fire risk, may impact the schedule. If needed, the show will be rescheduled for Veterans Day, Nov. 11. Any weather-related delays and/or a cancelation will be shared via the Town’s Facebook and

🏡 One of the biggest costs in real estate isn't making a move—it's waiting to make one.

Many buyers and sellers spend time wondering:
❓ What if rates change?
❓ What if prices shift?
❓ What if something better comes along?

Those are fair questions. But waiting isn't a neutral decision—it comes with costs, too. Buyers may miss opportunities, continue paying rent, or face more competition later. Sellers may miss strong demand or find themselves competing against more listings down the road.

The goal isn't perfect timing. It's having a plan, understanding your goals, and being ready when the right opportunity comes along.

Sometimes the better question isn't "What if I make the wrong move?" It's "What does it cost me if I don't make a move at all?"
