This month's Leslie Wells Realty Magazine turns back the clock to 1976 — the year Leslie Wells opened her doors and started building what's now one of the most trusted names in Manatee County real estate. Five decades of neighbors helped, homes sold, and relationships built on doing it right.

The back-to-school countdown is officially on, which means it is time for me to get back into a more structured office routine too! 📚☕️

I have been busy working with tenants, touring properties, negotiating LOIs, and watching new developments throughout Manatee County. Now I am adding more networking, property-owner outreach, and hopefully a few new commercial listings to the schedule.
