That's not just a statistic. It's the difference between 1,234 square feet and 3,143 square feet.

I'm not suggesting anyone leave a neighborhood they love. I simply believe buyers should understand all of their options before making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

The Altadena Rotary Club hosted a Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, May 30th at the Grocery Outlet on Lake Avenue courtesy of owners Sandra and Jose Valenzuela. Mark Mariscal received a commendation from Supervisor Kathryn Barger for being awarded Rotary’s Service Above Self Award.
