August was all about making the most of summer across the Perform portfolio.

From live music to BBQs to yoga (with some special guests), the month was stacked with plenty of opportunities for visitors and tenants to gather and enjoy the dog days of summer.

In recognition of , Perform is partnering with CoreGiving to raise awareness of childhood food insecurity and support hunger-relief efforts in the communities across our portfolio.

Throughout September, customers, tenants, and visitors at Bressi Ranch Village Center, Crossroads Bellevue, One Colorado Old Pasadena, and Willis Tower can interact with a custom puzzle installation, turning the blocks to learn more about how this issue impacts our neighbors nationwide.

Each installation also gives visitors the opportunity to donate directly to CoreGiving, with 100% of donations supporting hunger-relief organizations.

With the school year beginning, properties across the Perform portfolio are helping families make the most of the final days of summer and start school on a high note. 🎒

📍 5 Points Plaza in Huntington Beach celebrated with a chance to learn to skateboard with the pros, along with carnival games, refreshments, and family-friendly activities.

📍 Bakers Centre in Philadelphia helped families get ready for the year ahead with a backpack giveaway and Patch Bar Truck, alongside an afternoon of carnival fun, food, and activities.

📍 Westwood Village in Seattle brought families together for an afternoon of crafts, games, face painting, and more.

An Atlanta institution is coming to Spring Quarter.

In partnership with Portman, we're proud to play a role in welcoming Hal's "The Steakhouse" to the historic Patterson House, further advancing our shared vision of creating exceptional experiences in the heart of Midtown.

The new destination will bring Hal's signature hospitality to Midtown while introducing concepts unique to the location: a European-inspired café and second-floor fine art gallery. Together, these offerings will create an all-day destination for tenants, visitors, and neighbors to enjoy.

Hal's arrival continues the evolution of Spring Quarter and Ten Twenty Spring, adding another distinctly Atlanta experience to the district's growing mix of dining, culture, and community.

Hal's "The Steakhouse," a Buckhead institution, will add a new location in Spring Quarter inside the historic Patterson building, a former funeral home. The restaurant will have the same food and drinks, plus a European-inspired café and fine art gallery.

At Perform, we believe our people are one of the most important investments we make.

This year, several Perform associates and analysts are participating in Blackstone's Analyst Accelerator Program, a development initiative that provides emerging professionals with opportunities to learn from industry leaders, gain new perspectives, and build relationships across the Blackstone real estate ecosystem.

At the program's recent midpoint gathering in Dallas, participants connected with peers from across the platform, attended a fireside chat with QTS's Head of Investments, and toured a data center, gaining firsthand exposure to another rapidly evolving area of real estate.

As Austin Gellar, Associate, Asset Management, shared:

"The most valuable part of the BX Analyst Accelerator has been the people. Building relationships and collaborating with peers across the Blackstone real estate ecosystem has led to a genuine exchange of ideas on how we each evaluate and approach deals."
