Last week, more than 150 Perform team members participated in CoreGiving Day, volunteering alongside Blackstone and fellow portfolio companies to support hunger-relief organizations across the country.

From Atlanta, New York City, Philadelphia, Miami, Chicago, Seattle, San Diego, San Francisco, and Santa Monica, our teams dedicated their time to helping expand access to nutritious food for children and families in the communities we serve.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped strengthen the neighborhoods where we live and work.

Another great ICSC Western in San Diego.

We enjoyed connecting with retailers, brokers and industry partners while showcasing opportunities across Perform's West Coast portfolio of 100 properties and more than 12 million square feet.

Throughout the week, conversations centered on many of the priorities we focus on every day: creating the right tenant mix, delivering experiences that keep customers coming back, and investing in amenities, from EV charging to rooftop solar, that can enhance value for retailers and customers alike.

One theme we heard consistently was that retail fundamentals remain healthy, but success increasingly comes down to ex*****on. Better data, strong partnerships and thoughtful asset management are helping shape how the industry approaches growth and long-term value creation.

In recognition of , Perform is partnering with CoreGiving to raise awareness of childhood food insecurity and support hunger-relief efforts in the communities across our portfolio.

Throughout September, customers, tenants, and visitors at Bressi Ranch Village Center, Crossroads Bellevue, One Colorado Old Pasadena, and Willis Tower can interact with a custom puzzle installation, turning the blocks to learn more about how this issue impacts our neighbors nationwide.

Each installation also gives visitors the opportunity to donate directly to CoreGiving, with 100% of donations supporting hunger-relief organizations.

With the school year beginning, properties across the Perform portfolio are helping families make the most of the final days of summer and start school on a high note. 🎒

📍 5 Points Plaza in Huntington Beach celebrated with a chance to learn to skateboard with the pros, along with carnival games, refreshments, and family-friendly activities.

📍 Bakers Centre in Philadelphia helped families get ready for the year ahead with a backpack giveaway and Patch Bar Truck, alongside an afternoon of carnival fun, food, and activities.

📍 Westwood Village in Seattle brought families together for an afternoon of crafts, games, face painting, and more.

An Atlanta institution is coming to Spring Quarter.

In partnership with Portman, we're proud to play a role in welcoming Hal's "The Steakhouse" to the historic Patterson House, further advancing our shared vision of creating exceptional experiences in the heart of Midtown.

The new destination will bring Hal's signature hospitality to Midtown while introducing concepts unique to the location: a European-inspired café and second-floor fine art gallery. Together, these offerings will create an all-day destination for tenants, visitors, and neighbors to enjoy.

Hal's arrival continues the evolution of Spring Quarter and Ten Twenty Spring, adding another distinctly Atlanta experience to the district's growing mix of dining, culture, and community.
