📈 Median sale price: $350,000, up 4.3%
🔐 Properties sold: 3,057

You don't always need more square footage. Sometimes you just need better use of the space you already use. Here's some easy ways to make your home feel bigger –

If you’ve been wondering what’s happening in the Central Ohio housing market lately, April’s report shows a market that’s continuing to balance out while home values remain strong.

🏠 New Listings: 3,992 properties were added to the MLS — up 7.8% from April 2025.
📈 Median Sales Price: $346,500 — up 8.3% year-over-year.
🔑 Properties Sold: 2,202 homes closed in April — down from last year, but still showing steady activity across the region.
📦 Inventory: 5,027 homes were available for sale — a 13.4% increase from last April.
⏳ Days on Market: Homes averaged 39 days on market, compared to 32 days last year.

This market is continuing to normalize after several years of extremely competitive conditions. Buyers are gaining a little more time and inventory to work with, while sellers are still benefiting from strong pricing when homes are properly prepared and priced strategically.

🏠️ New Listings: 3,240 properties were added to the MLS - a 1.3% increase year-over-year, giving buyers slightly more options.
💰 Median List Price: $349,900 - up 6% from last March.
🔐️ Properties Sold: 2,118 homes - almost identical to last year, but shows a jump from February (1,747).
💵 Median Sold Price: $335,00 - up 4.7% from last March.
