Building a Highland Home in Midline Webster TX? Here’s what it looks like during the early frame stage.

I’m out at Midline walking one of my client’s Highland Homes builds while the home is still being framed and the roof is going on.

This is Frame Walk #1 — not the formal frame inspection yet. I like getting out during the build so my buyers can see the progress and we can keep an eye on things while the construction is still wide open.

I’ll be back again when we get closer to the frame/pre-drywall inspection. That’s when we’ll take a much closer look before everything starts disappearing behind insulation and drywall.

Compare builders. Compare communities. Help you evaluate the lot and the home. Look at incentives and negotiation opportunities. Walk the house while it’s being built. Attend inspections and frame walks. Follow up with the builder. Stay involved through closing.

That’s what this new video is really about.

You’ll see me at a real final inspection with the inspector in the attic, then we’ll walk Highland and Chesmar homes during the framing stage before the drywall goes up.
