Highland Homes Jubilee Client Build – Almost Done 🏠

Earlier in the build process, I filmed a frame walk on this Highland Homes client build in Jubilee.

Now we're back, and the home is almost complete.

The kitchen, cabinetry, finishes, and overall layout are really starting to come together.

One of the biggest advantages of following a home through construction is seeing what happens behind the walls before the sheetrock goes up and then seeing the finished result later.

I recently walked this Houston-area new construction home with my client and the construction manager to review the inspection report and verify repairs before moving to the next stage.

Many buyers assume a new construction home doesn't need inspections. In reality, a pre-drywall inspection can help identify issues while they're still easy to address.
