Happy Closing Day to my sweet client, Rachel! 🏡🔑❤️

Our journey started back in February after Rachel was referred to me by one of my past clients. From the very beginning, we spent a lot of time talking, not just about houses, but about her. I wanted to know who Rachel was, what was important to her, and what "home" truly looked like.

There were lots of conversations, lots of questions, and plenty of home tours along the way. Then, just when the timing was right, the perfect house hit the market. Sometimes the right home is worth waiting for!

Rachel and Rosay, thank you for trusting me to guide you through the purchase of your very first home. It has been such a joy getting to know you. I don't think I've ever laughed as much while showing houses! 😂

Not every real estate journey is a quick one... and that's okay. ❤️

This one started back in December. We worked together to get their home market-ready while searching the MLS for the perfect next home. As it turned out... it just wasn't out there yet!

So we shifted gears and found the perfect new construction. The lot? Well... that's a story for another day! 😂 If you know, you know!

Then came another blessing-we found the perfect buyer for their home! Even better, they were willing to wait FOUR months to close while their new home was being completed.

Last week we closed on the sale of their home, and today we handed them the keys to their beautiful new build! 🏡🔑

Thank you both for trusting me throughout this entire journey and for keeping such a positive attitude through every twist, turn, and unexpected hurdle. It wasn't always easy, but seeing you in your new home made every step worth it!!

Life update time! ❤️
And before y’all start wondering… yes, I am still a realtor! 😂

I know I’ve been a little quiet on here the past few months, but quiet definitely doesn’t mean I haven’t been working hard behind the scenes and brewing up some incredible deals for my clients!

Life has been WIDE open lately! As many of you know, Jeff and I officially opened our long-awaited Airbnb rentals at Lay Lake, and wow… they have taken off faster than we ever imagined! It has kept us busier than ever, and we are beyond thankful. God is so good! 🙌

As if that wasn't enough, we've also officially begun renovations on The Grandview at The Compound! We can't wait to bring another beautiful lake retreat to life, and I'm so excited to share the progress with all of you over the coming months.

But it definitely doesn’t stop there! While juggling all of that, I’ve also been helping my sellers close deals and getting my buyers under contract on their next homes. Real estate is still a huge part of my life and something I truly love.

So don’t mistake my quietness the wrong way...it just means I’m working that much harder behind the scenes! 💪

So honored to be recognized among the top producers for Q1! It definitely wasn’t an easy quarter. Q1 was full of delays, challenges, and deals that tested us, so I feel especially blessed to have still made it here.
