The goal is to price a home based on the market, recent comparable sales, the condition of the property, and what buyers are actually responding to.

When you’re touring a home, furniture can really change how a room feels.

Oversized pieces can make a perfectly usable space seem small, while smaller-scale staging can sometimes make a room feel larger than it really is.

Instead of focusing only on how the current furniture fits, look at the actual dimensions, doorways, windows, wall space, and how your own furniture might work there.
