Congratulations to my wonderful buyers on the purchase of 91 Phillips Road! 🤍

Over the course of a few weeks, they stayed focused, trusted the process, and never lost sight of the right fit. As is often the case in today's market, there were a few ups and downs along the way, some were straight up heartbreaks, but when this one came along, we knew it was worth pursuing and they were willing to do whatever it took (within reason of course).

With beautiful water views, endless charm, and a location that's hard to beat, I'm so excited to see them begin this next chapter.

And let's be honest... being able to hop in the boat and head over to all summer long certainly doesn't hurt. 😉🌊☀️ One of my favorite spots when the weather is nice!
