So here I am… setting up my phone to record myself pulling my sign from a listing after months of stress and difficult conversations. No fancy video, this is just the real truth in real estate.

For 5 months, every time my phone rang and I saw that number pop up, my anxiety shot through the roof. And today, I finally chose peace over a paycheck.

Not every deal is worth sacrificing your mental health for. Realtors are human too. We carry the stress of negotiations, marketing, showings, unanswered calls, lowball offers, and a market we can’t control — all while trying our best for our clients.

So appreciate your realtor. Love on your realtor. Send them a quick “you’re doing great” text. This market is tough enough already.

And just a reminder: no matter how badly we want to help… we cannot force a buyer to buy your house.
