I have several homeowners in one family🏡 that made the big move out of state and are trying to get multiple properties ready to list. 😵‍💫

Sometimes you just have to load your car up with mulch, light bulbs and a 15 year old to get it done.

This is one of my favorite rooms in the house. What would you call this space in a dining room? 👇

Butler’s pantry?
Coffee bar?
Dry bar?

I love hearing people from all over the country pronounce some of our towns🤭 Usually it’s “Mon-ti-CHEL-o" and close enough, “Mon-ti-SELL-o."

But I think we really actually say Mon-uh-sell-uh or Mon-uh-sell-o 😂 Forget that hard T.

Please tell me how you say it, I really need to know!

My other favorite mispronunciations are Steinhatchee or Lafayette. Bonus points for the most silly way you’ve heard someone say one of our local areas.
