Hi, I’m Lindsey. I want to sell your property.

And I’m actually really good at it.

I’m much better at marketing homes and land than I am at taking selfies, chasing trends or winning the popularity contest that real estate has somehow become in 2026. Absolutely no shade to the agents killing that part of the game. I sincerely admire it. It’s just not where I shine brightest.

This month marks 11 years of selling homes and land across rural North Florida. Eleven years of learning how to position a property, tell its story, reach the right buyers, negotiate when it matters and protect my clients from the first conversation to the closing table.

I know how to market more than a pretty house. I know how to sell acreage, hunting land, coastal property, fixer-uppers, family homes and the places that require a buyer to understand the value before they ever step foot on them.

I may not always be the loudest Realtor, but hand me a property to sell and I know exactly what to do with it.
