Jim & Joyce Hunt have been like family to me for as long as I can remember. I grew up alongside their kids, and they were another set of parents through my childhood and into young adulthood. They were also some of the very first people to believe in me professionally.

After college, when I came back home to Steinhatchee, Jim gave me a job bartending at Fiddler’s— and if you remember Fiddler’s in that 2008 era, you know it was something special. From there, he brought me into high-end catering at the Buckeye guest house, which led to the start of my business career with Buckeye and eventually Georgia Pacific.

Years later, they trusted me again—this time in real estate. From small vacant lots to investment properties, and eventually in 2019, listing Fiddler’s Restaurant & Resort and The Steinhatchee Landing Chapel & Conference Center. We found the right buyer and helped move them one step closer to retirement.

Then last year, I got the call.
“It’s time.”
Time to sell their beloved home on the Rock Pile.

This home is truly one of a kind—unlike anything else in our area. We worked through every detail, from coordinating their move to preparing the home for market and building a strategy to reach the right buyer.
