This home totally gives the whole "lake-life" vibe and then some! It's pretty easy to picture golf carts going by, boats headed to the ramp, music playing somewhere in the distance, and the smell of last night's campfire while you're standing on the front porch.
The current owner has made some great updates to the interior and changed the layout completely. What was once set up to accommodate two families is now a really comfortable full time home or weekend retreat with a true primary suite with walk-in closet and beautiful bathroom with walk-in tiled shower that kind of makes me want to do a whole bathroom remodel of my own!
The kitchen and living room open to each other and make entertaining super simple. There's an eat-at bar, room for a dining table, access out to the back patio and plenty of lounging around room in the living room.
Outside is a firepit, partially fenced backyard, an extra adjoining lot, and plenty of room for outdoor activities...all musts for a lake home! The location is hard to beat, too, since it sits just around the corner from the west gate entrance and west gate boat ramp, dock, playground, pavilion, and laundry and bath houses.
Lake Perry is in full swing this time of year. Between boating, beaches, fishing, pool, evenings at the Lake Perry Campground and the return of the Spillway restaurant and bar, there's plenty to keep you busy!
This home is a pretty fantastic setup for someone ready to jump into lake life or make that move from lake lot to lake home!
