DC was an incredible experience this week.

Although being away from family is never easy, I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to be here with Women’s Council of Realtors Austin for the NAR conference.

While we did get to enjoy some of the incredible sights of DC when time allowed, this trip was truly about the work.

We spent our time learning from inspiring speakers and panels, connecting with other leaders, and advocating for policies that protect private property rights and support homeownership. We also had the opportunity to meet with representatives from the offices of John Carter and Pete Sessions to discuss issues that directly impact the clients and communities we serve.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of these conversations and to help represent the voices of homeowners, buyers, and future homeowners back home.
