Today was one of those days that filled my cup AND my notebook! 🤩

Loved showing up alongside so many of our LPT agents for the Realtors Edge event. I’m a firm believer that the more I continue to learn, grow, and challenge the way I think, the better I can serve my client family.

We heard from some incredible speakers, but Betsy Tinervin’s session on AI had my wheels TURNING! 🤯 So many practical ways to work smarter, streamline our listings, and create an even better experience for our clients.

And yes… I’ll absolutely be implementing some of these ideas TONIGHT. 😂

What an incredible week in Chicago at Network 360! ❤️

I had the opportunity to spend the week alongside incoming Women’s Council of Realtors local network presidents from across the country, learning from some amazing mentors and leaders, sharing ideas, and getting ready for everything ahead in 2027.

One of the highlights was getting to meet our high-energy and incredibly inspiring incoming National President! The excitement she brings to Women’s Council of Realtors is contagious, and I’m coming home with so many ideas and so much motivation to pour into our Austin network and next year’s board.

But probably my favorite part was the people. I met some truly amazing women, and even a few men too! I made friendships I know will stick, and had SO much fun along the way. Of course, we also managed to squeeze in some Chicago sightseeing and some seriously amazing food! 😍

Feeling excited, inspired, and very ready for what’s ahead! ❤️

There are some closings that stay with you long after the paperwork is signed, and this is one of them. ❤️

Today we officially closed on this beautiful 1.83-acre property in Round Rock. While this home was full of original 1970s charm and character, what made this journey so special had nothing to do with the house itself—it was the people.

From the very beginning, I wasn’t just working with a homeowner. I had the privilege of getting to know two incredible people. My client was ready for a new season in life, and by his side every step of the way was his amazing friend and neighbor. She was his biggest supporter, always there to help, encourage, and make sure everything stayed on track. Before long, even her sweet dog, Stella, became part of our little team.

We welcomed more than 30 groups through this home and received multiple offers. There were moments when we had to be patient and trust the process, but the right buyer came along at exactly the right time. Looking back, it’s hard not to see God’s hand in the timing of it all.

I’m beyond grateful that our paths crossed and that I was trusted to be part of this chapter. Congratulations, my friend. I hope this next season brings you everything you’ve been hoping for. ❤️🏡
