Not only did I get the chance to list this home for some amazing friends from my college days at SJU—making this the second time this week I’ve worked with some college pals—but the story didn’t end there. Today marks a truly bittersweet milestone. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to my now former neighbor, Mike, for entrusting me with the sale of such a cherished home. Mike spent decades here in our community—raising his children, forging deep friendships, and building special, lasting bonds with everyone around him. You will be missed, Mike, but I’m so honored to have helped you with this next step!

I also owe immense gratitude to another dear former neighbor and client, Ann, for recommending that Mike work with me. I had the absolute privilege of selling Ann’s home in the neighborhood several years ago, and she remains my biggest cheerleader to this day. Who could ask for more than friends and clients like these?
