Meanwhile, Monday: The Power of Patience 🏠✨
Some things are worth the wait, even when that wait lasts four years.

Want to know Wednesday???

I am not an HVAC expert, full disclosure.

During an inspection:
The HVAC guy taught me this...
Did you know that for every 400 sq ft of the property, the AC unit should be 1 ton? Do the math.

A 1200 sq ft property, the HVAC unit should 3tons.
That's 400 sq ft x 12000= 3
So think about the sq ft of your home... is it adequate to keep your home cool? The air that comes from the vent should be around 50 degrees. By the time it gets to circulation, it comes down to where all the furniture and movement of the people are to get the house cool.

Did you know you can look at the serial number on the unit and know the age of the unit.

I just wanted you to know.

Don't take my word for it. Ask the AC guy you know.
