The home inspection industry has changed a lot over the years - ADRE says that since those changes are public knowledge, YOU, the real estate professional, may be held accountable as part of your fiduciary responsibility to make the buyer aware of those changes, or expose yourself to a possible lawsuit. This class will be going over those changes - agents who have already taken this class said they had no idea of the ramifications and exposure for the agent when a buyer chooses a home inspector.
