Take a look at the latest numbers for listings, pending sales, and closings across the Phoenix market.

Nationally, the housing market continues to evolve as demographics shift. According to Freddie Mac, baby boomer homeowner households are projected to decline by more than 9 million between 2022 and 2035. Even so, baby boomers accounted for 42% of all homebuyers in 2025, highlighting the significant role they continue to play in today's housing market.
