Congratulations to my friend Randy on his closing!

Randy has known me since my high school “teenybopper” days, and I only learned THIS YEAR that apparently he used to call me “the Wild Child” back then.
I had absolutely no idea.

Fast forward 17 years and the “Wild Child” he remembers is now the person he willingly trusted with a whole lot of dollars and a pretty major life decision.
Honestly, incredible judgment on his part. 🤣

And we did alright: below list price, closing costs covered, a home warranty AND several significant repairs taken care of before closing. Turns out this Wild Child might know a thing or two!

He trusted me to help move him back to OKC, and I’m so grateful he did.
