Café review in Philly!

This was not an ordinary visit to a café. It was for a networking event with Philly realtors and vendors. Let me introduce you to Mocha Melt Cafe.

I made a day of it visiting my niece and just walking the city. By the time I got to the event, I had already walked my 10,000 steps and was craving coffee, but way too hot to drink regular coffee. I’ve never had a cold brew, so I inquired and tried one! Don’t get too excited, I drank it just like I drink my hot coffee, black. Have to start somewhere! 

There were some breakfast sandwiches and bagels with cream cheese out for food. As well as their specialty - lukma. These are freshly made pancakes with various toppings. And they are definitely freshly made as I watched them make them!

They are also known for their Dubai chocolate crêpe. Definitely something I will try next time.

Scrolling on the TV was Kelly Drives from Fox 29. So even Bob Kelly FOX 29 knew this was a find!

I may never have discovered this awesome spot if I had not attended this networking event.  So business owners, partnering up with someone for special events does work.

Many people are hesitant about contacting a realtor with just questions because they don’t want to be “sold”.

When you ask me a question, you will get an honest and well intended answer. If I follow up, it is because I genuinely care.

It is my mission to help people move when they are ready to move and to help with anything in between. Even if it never leads to a sale. Even if it’s just out of curiosity.

When people don’t reach out to ask a question, they might hire a contractor that I could’ve told them is no good. They could have ignored a pre-foreclosure letter, not knowing that crucial time started ticking. I don’t want you to get stuck, so please do not hesitate to contact me.

My guidance comes from my experiences and those of my clients and colleagues. If I don’t know, I will let you know (and will find out as I am an information addict).

Pricing your home? Think VISIBILITY.

This ⬇️ is the conversation your realtor should be having with you. It’s not only about what your home is worth compared to homes that have just sold (especially that lonely one someone paid $50,000 over in cash), it’s about what will bring more qualified buyers to tour your home. The more buyers that see your home ➡️ the more buyers will see its value ➡️ the more potential for multiple and higher offers.

Pricing is strategic. We want you to get the most profit for your home. Of course, if that’s your goal.

WOW!! September is here and it’s not playing around!

And this is not all that is happening in September…

Many are starting school this week. Many towns are having their festivals (save the date for West Deptford Funday (I’m a vendor) and the famous Pitman Crafts Fair on Saturday, September 19th).

Many recipes will be made with pumpkins and apples. Leaves will start to turn. And hopefully the humidity and heat will finally change to sweater weather (or at least layered weather).

Some are preparing for Halloween. Candy corn!!
