This quarter marked the very first Pro X Cup 🏆— a new competition where our three corporate offices go head-to-head across eight performance metrics. Joplin took home "The Cup" for Q2 2026.
Huge congrats to our Joplin team for setting the bar in round one. This kind of consistency is what our property owners feel every day — faster turns, higher occupancy, lower days on market and more.
