Demolition permits have been issued by the Town of Speedway and construction is beginning at our recently purchased commercial building at 5002 W 16th Street — home of Suites on Sixteenth.

This project represents a significant investment 💰 into the Speedway community ❤️. Over the coming months, we’ll be completing a full renovation including:
