FRISCO’S $7 BILLION HALL PARK IS EXPANDING AGAIN 🏗️

Hall Park is preparing for another major phase of development in Frisco with a new office tower and a major expansion of Kaleidoscope Park.

Construction on both projects is expected to begin within the next month, with openings planned for 2028.

✨ WHAT’S COMING
🏢 A new 10-story office tower
🌳 A $14 million Kaleidoscope Park expansion
🎭 Expanded event and performance space
💧 New water features and landscaped areas

📍 Hall Park, Frisco
Along the Dallas North Tollway corridor

The new office building, called The Terraces Hall Park, will include:
• 200,000+ square feet of office space
• Outdoor terraces on every floor
• Wellness amenities and fitness center
• Lounge and meeting spaces

Meanwhile, Kaleidoscope Park will expand by roughly 1.4 acres after becoming one of Frisco’s busiest gathering spaces since opening in 2024.

Hall Park’s long-term vision includes nearly 9.5 million square feet of mixed-use development over the next two decades.

Agents stopped by Christine Goodwin’s listing at 6120 Canvas Back Drive in Starwood during the neighborhood Progressive Luncheon, and we loved hosting everyone throughout the event. We asked agents what they’d steal from the house if they could, and let’s just say there may have been a few agents ready to duke it out over the chandeliers.
