I recently got asked. “You’re starting a team, what value do you bring as the team lead?”

After lots of thinking I realized it is not necessary just me… I want to build a TEAM not build “Matt’s Team”. Here is what I came up with and why building a group like this is so valuable for you to join!

1. Sharing Resources - 💻
As an individual agent we all run our own business using our own tools and softwares which can get hectic and pricey very quickly. With a team, we can all share software, marketing, leads and other resources to better grow TOGETHER.
2. Accountability - 🤝
This seems cliché to say but I know how hard it can be to hold yourself accountable. Being able to come into an office with high energy and like minded individuals with similar goals you can bounce ideas off of and set goals with to hold one another accountable is beyond valuable. 
3. Development - 💪
When I started off in 2017…. I asked so many questions… maybe to many? I messed up a ton of transactions and learned very quickly from it. Being on a team, you can ask myself or fellow agents about anything and we can better help you develop into the great agent I know you are and skip past the mistakes I made! Allowing you to grow even faster than we did!
4. Lead Generation - 📲
Yes… the two words we all hate but is absolutely required! Minus the softwares to generate these leads as mentioned above. I’m looking to have weekly or even daily meetings with the entire team! To go over what listings we have, what buyers you have are looking for, investment properties coming up, market data, etc! We can bounce our current pipeline off one another to sell that listing faster or help that buyer find a home and grow that pipeline even faster!
5. Support - 👏
This goes hand and hand with some of the items above but being on a team = endless support! This is an environment you will be excited to come into every day! We will all cheer you on when you get that listing or close on an investment property, etc!

With that said, it is not what value “I” bring to the table it is what environment I can create that EVERYONE can enjoy and achieve great things at! 🙏
