Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage agent property listings and maintain office records of active listings, pending sales, and sold properties.
- Answer incoming calls, refer new leads to available agents, and schedule appointments & showings.
-Assist bookkeeper with data entry and fact checking.
-Produce and edit documents.
- Generate spreadsheets and reports;
- File management (e.g., copy, fax, scan, mail).
-Upkeep office supplies.
-Complete special projects for the owner when requested.
- Enter new listings into main database; regularly review and update existing listings.
- Facilitate communication between agents and external service providers; submit orders to vendors.
- Support colleagues during property closing procedures by performing numerous administrative functions
and processes, often responsible for safe handling confidential documents.
- Schedule company trainings and events. Distribute internal announcements.
- Clean and prepare meeting rooms.
- Engage in various marketing activities; examples include emailing new listing notices to master contact list and
sending postcards that report on new or sold listings in the community.
