They see the down payment.
The closing costs.

The same moments happen in almost every transaction.

Buyers during showings:
“Looks great.”

Buyers during the offer:
“So wait… what exactly is escrow?”

Sellers before listing:
“We keep the house pretty clean.”

Sellers when a showing gets scheduled:
Laundry. Dishes. Toys. Dogs. Everything disappears in 4 minutes.

And honestly? That’s normal.
