My meeting Jenny Ramer was entirely by fluke. I have a friend who lives and works with Keller Williams in another state, I talked to him about property I had in Oklahoma that I was interested in selling. There was no hurry, but I wanted to get things moving. He asked where the property was located and within a few days he contacted me with a name and info of a man he said could assist with the sale. That didn’t work out so well, but on one of my calls to the office I was somehow put in touch with the best realtor I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. I do not live in the area of the property which created its own logistical issues but this realtor took hold of my listing and practically made it her own. When I say this I am referencing the way she managed, requested, followed up with different aspects of the listing and the history of the land, its abstracts, surveying, mineral rights, etc. She was good in her quest and better at communicating with me, advising on different aspects, suggesting, or recommending things I had not considered. She informed and advised, but allowed me to make the final decision(s) when necessary. This Realtor was not only my eyes and ears, but my arms and legs, as she went to whatever extreme needed to get the answers to get the job done.

It was a delight to work with this Realtor especially in today’s world where we have so many options to communicate and yet few even use one. It was refreshing to place a phone call and talk to a person, or to text or email and receive a response almost immediately. These factors coupled with her lever of trustworthiness, integrity, tenacity, knowledge and competence to do the job in a timely manner are above reproach. It seldom in today’s world to find someone so dedicated to doing their job and satisfying the customer.

The realtor I am taking about none other than Jenny Ramer. If you or someone you know has property for sale, I highly recommend you contact this agent. She will not disappoint you. I do not have experiences with her as far as representing me as the buyer, but I assure you if she worked like this for me, she’ll do the same for you.

Again, it was my pleasure to work with Jenny, and if I have a need to buy or sell a property she will definitely be the first I will call!
