“I see your videos where you’re pulling weeds, cleaning, moving things around… do you charge extra for that?”

Nope. That’s just me.

The truth is, I don’t get paid until your home closes. But even more than that, I believe in serving before selling.

Sometimes that means negotiating the deal. Sometimes it means coordinating vendors, moving furniture… and sometimes it means pulling weeds.
