Riker Coworking offers a variety of office solutions for entrepreneurs, small business owners, remote employees, freelancers, and startups. With a variety of prices and sizes, we have na option for everyone! We also have an incredible community of successful business owners that you will have the opportunity to network with and work alongside everyday!

Our traditional Coworking offer is $150/mo, all utilities and high-speed wifi are included. You’ll have access to all of our common space. This is great for a budget minded individual looking to get their business off the ground with a professional address, an impressive office to bring clients, and a great place to network.

The next step up is our dedicated desk for $350/mo. This is located inside our Coworking space floor but you will not share or sit next to strangers. Includes all utilities.

We also offer private, close door offices starting at $600/mo and up to $900/mo. We currently have 2 offices available. All utilities included, no security deposit, 24/7 access.

We are excited to announce a new era of Riker Coworking!!! Michael and Lisa Humphrey are thrilled to be the new owners of Riker Coworking, located inside the Riker Building in downtown Pontiac, MI. They are working closely with The Integrated Life Company to make this coworking space one of the premier coworking spaces in Oakland County. This modern space has 5 private offices (1 currently available for rent) and space for up to 20 hot seat members to come in and use the space to work, for events, or even meetings and workshops. This space has beautiful views of downtown Pontiac with natural light pouring in the windows. Members also have access to rooftop space during the day to enjoy some fresh air or eat lunch outside. Michael and Lisa are thrilled to watch this space come to life! There are several openings in the space for new members.

Here's a bit more about Michael and Lisa:

Mike Humphrey has been an IT Enterprise Architect and Systems Engineer for the past two decades. Working with Fortune 10 to 100 organizations ranging from Blackstone to the Walt Disney Company. He specializes in recovering struggling projects and start-ups. He has a passion for supporting small businesses and individuals within the modern technology sphere by helping them with the most up-to-date best practices. His hobbies range from computers, electronics, and technology to reading, film, swimming, and spending time with his family.

Lisa is the owner of Northern Roots Wellness and Coaching as well as Studio 8 Fitness. Lisa lives in Bloomfield Hills and she loves the outdoors, wine tasting, nuturing succulents, family time, reading, and lifelong learning. In her professional roles, Lisa focuses on helping people get "unstuck". Whether it's weight loss, body image, business struggles, or any other challenge, Lisa coaches individuals to find the root cause and guides them towards healing to achieve higher levels of success.
