Roadkill Nights in Pontiac starts today. Keep an eye out for road closures in the area.

Road Closures and Detours Due to Roadkill Nights Event
From 9:00 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2022 through 9:00 a.m. Sunday, August 14, 2022 the following traffic disruption will occur:
Northbound and Southbound Woodward will be closed between ML King Jr. Blvd and Rapid St.
South Blvd. W. will be closed between Woodward Ave. and Franklin Rd.
The following streets will not be accessible from Woodward Ave.: Earlmoor Blvd., Elm St., Prospect St. and Raeburn St. Nebraska St. will be able to exit onto Woodward Ave., however the inlet from Woodward Ave. will be inaccessible.
Woodward Avenue Detours
Northbound Woodward Ave.: Turn right on westbound Square Lake Rd. to Opdyke Rd. Go north on Opdyke road to Auburn Rd. Turn left on westbound Auburn Rd. to Woodward Ave.
Southbound Woodward Ave.: Turn left on eastbound Orchard Lake/Auburn Rd. to Opdyke Rd. Turn right on Opdyke Rd. to Square Lake Rd. Go west on Square Lake Rd. to Woodward Ave.
