UNDER CONTRACT before the final touches were even complete. ✨

This one was special.

Scott poured so much time, care, and craftsmanship into bringing this 1970s brick ranch back to life. This wasn’t your typical quick flip - it was a labor of love. Every decision was made with the intention of making it a home we’d actually keep, but we realized the timing just wasn’t right.

As bittersweet as it is to let it go, we’re so excited that someone else saw exactly what we saw before it was even complete!
