Rotonda West | A golf community that keeps getting overlooked. Circular layout, quiet streets, and a surprisingly active social scene for buyers who want more than just a house.

Wellen Park | The newest development in the area and one of the fastest growing. Buyers who got in early are already seeing the payoff, and there’s still room to move.
