Our newest ShepCo Restore service van is officially wrapped and ready to hit the road! We couldn’t be more excited to put another rolling billboard out in the community serving homeowners and businesses throughout Volusia, Flagler, and surrounding areas.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to Hawkeye Brothers Signs and Graphics for absolutely crushing the installation. The quality, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process were top-notch. If you’re looking for vehicle wraps, graphics, or branding work, we highly recommend them!

This wood ceiling had visible mold growth from moisture buildup. Instead of just wiping it down (which doesn’t fix the problem), we did a proper HEPA vacuum + antimicrobial treatment.

👉 First, we HEPA vacuumed all the wood to remove loose mold spores and prevent them from spreading through the air
👉 Then we applied a professional antimicrobial solution to kill and stop the mold at the source—especially important on wood since it’s porous and mold can grow into it

This process not only removes what you see, but also helps prevent it from coming right back.

We recently completed a substantial condominium remediation project. The homeowners, who reside in Canada, had been absent since March and relied on a third-party inspector to monitor the unit every two weeks. Unfortunately, the inspector failed to detect the growing mold issue. Upon their return, the owners were frantic and promptly contacted us for assistance. We promptly responded at 8 pm to initiate the remediation process. Following mold testing, which revealed an alarming 33,000 Aspergillus spores, significantly exceeding the safe threshold of under 900 spores per area, we conducted a comprehensive cleaning of all surfaces, duct cleaning, and equipment replacement. Remarkably, within a week, we successfully reduced the mold levels to a substantial degree, allowing our clients to reoccupy their home.
