I passed the EXAM! What IS a Certified Real Estate Planner? We help families Build, Protect, and Transfer Wealth through Real Estate. There are six courses we study, and ultimately, get tested on:

Senior Relocation Services
1031 Exchange
Delaware Statutory Trust
Probate
Trust
Divorce

After becoming a widow a couple of years ago a colleague suggested I join the RE Planners. You can learn a lot just by attending the weekly meetings, but I wanted the certification. After several hours of classes and tests for each of the pillars, I took the Final Certification Test today and passed with flying colors. I'm looking forward to serving families at a higher level now.

We stopped in for a quick cup of coffee on our way to the Town Creek Indian Mound site. What a delightful coffee shop!☕️ They had just had their grand opening over the weekend. They had tempting baked goods which looked like your grandmother made them- not factory made. In addition to my latte we left with a beautiful loaf of sourdough bread. You should check them out. They support their local community in a big way. The sleeve to my To Go cup was designed by kids at the local Elementary School. 😁
