I discovered something this Labor Day that I need to share with you.

I had breakfast at Big Apple Diner with a client who has become a good friend, and I ordered one of my favorites, a Belgian waffle.

It came with sides!!!!

You would think that this is just how a waffle is supposed to work, but I am used to ordering a waffle and then realizing I have to add the eggs and bacon and whatever else separately. So when the sides just showed up with it, I was super impressed.

Oh, and it was a very good waffle.... with sides!!

I feel like this should happen more often.
