Throwback …This was one of my first fix and flip properties in Fort Pierce. Dennis Beach was the city Mgr at the time. That home was on a list of eyesores and had multiple families in single rooms.

The Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors recently released their Market Snapshot for October 2025.

The Median Sale Price for Single Family Homes saw a decrease from last year while Townhouses/Condos saw an increase from last year.

Both Single Family Homes and Townhouses/Condos saw an increase in closed sales while Single Family Homes saw an increase in inventory and Townhouses/Condos saw a decrease in inventory.
