The sale of 13849 SE Taylor St is officially done — and this Hazelwood ranch has a brand-new owner. 🏡
This was a home that had been loved and cared for — newer systems, refinished hardwoods, an oversized fenced corner lot with plum trees and peonies. When a home is this well kept, my job is to make sure the market sees it that way too. So we went in with sharp prep, honest pricing, and a clear plan for launch.
The market answered fast: a busy open house, real showing activity, and a strong offer that we shepherded straight through to the closing table — no drama, no scramble, just a clean finish.

If you caught my earlier post, you know Teresa came to me as a referral from my jiu-jitsu coach (gotta love a good referral 🙏) and was relocating from out of state — one of the trickiest moves there is. Big congratulations to the Hilden family on officially closing on their Inner SE Portland multi-plex! 🏡✨ From strategy to signatures, this one came together exactly the way we drew it up.

Every transaction is different, this one was a smooth ride: Inspections came back clean, every repair we asked for was handled, and escrow closed without a hitch. As a first offer on a first home, you really couldn't script it better.

The keys have officially changed hands at 12523 NE Hassalo! 🔑
If you saw my earlier post, you know this one started strong: thoughtful pre-listing prep, dialed-in pricing, and a clear strategy that brought packed open houses, multiple offers, and a pending status in just 4 days. 💥
But getting to the finish line is where the real work showed up.
