Another way of looking at inventory is the absorption rate, which was 34% in December...meaning 34% of homes sold compared to the total number of homes on the market. Also worth menitioning, interest rates are at their lowest level since Sept. 2024. Let me know if you are interested in a more hyperlocalized market or specific geoagraphic area/neighborhood in the Portland Area. Cheers to you all in 2026!
