Cheers to a New Year, friends & clients. There has been a lot going on in the world. We have intentionally been quiet on our social media platforms to open much needed space for pressing issues and information sharing. Although these broader issues have not gone away, we are committed to doing our part to help our communities stay healthy, safe, respected and well. We are excited to pick things up again, and share some of the many projects and efforts that have been keeping us busy.

With many folx working from home, we've been supporting our clients to think creatively how to transform unused space into functional and well-designed home offices. More photos from our recent projects coming soon!

These homeowners completely transformed their property by tearing down their old, leaky garage and building a two-story, modern and compact ADU with a bright living area, full wet room and master with a balcony. Talk about a value add!

Thanks to for capturing the space so beautifully! 💯
