🐓☀️ Well, I beat the chickens out of bed this morning! 😂🫖

The house is still quiet, the sun is barely waking up, and I’ve got my hot cup of English Breakfast tea in hand. There’s just something about these peaceful early mornings that I love… even when I’ve got a full day of learning ahead of me! ❤️

I’m spending my Monday tackling the 8-Hour Broker Continuing Education Class! 📚🏡

And here’s the funny part… I actually took this amazing class earlier this year! But you know what? I truly believe you can never learn too much, especially in an industry that’s always changing.

As a Broker/Owner, continuing my education isn’t just about checking a box. It’s about growing, staying informed, and making sure I’m bringing my very best to the people who trust me with one of life’s biggest decisions. ❤️

So here’s to early mornings, a good cup of hot tea, and never being too experienced to learn something new!

Now, let’s see if I can finish this tea before it gets cold! 😂🫖🐓

It’s been another busy day in real estate! 🏡 Started the morning with an early photo shoot for a COMING SOON listing, worked on contracts, took care of clients, and ended the day with dinner with some very special friends who are just like family! ❤️

One of the things I love most about real estate is the wonderful friendships I’ve made along the way. Some people start out as clients and become lifelong friends, and that’s exactly what happened with Johna and David years ago!

Sharing a cute picture of my sweet Sheldon Dood today because, out of respect for my clients’ privacy, I didn’t take a closing picture! 🐾❤️

Today was CLOSING DAY for my sellers! 🎉🏡 Estate sales can sometimes be a little more involved and come with their own challenges, but getting my clients to that closing table makes it all worthwhile!

To my wonderful sellers, THANK YOU for your continued support, patience, and trust in me! It truly means more than you know, and I’m so grateful you chose me to help you through this process! ❤️

After closing, it was off to a final walkthrough with some wonderful buyers! And guess what? TWO MORE CLOSINGS coming up this week! 🏡🔑

🐾❤️ Happy Sunday Funday, y’all! ❤️🐾

Just wanted to share a few cute pics of this sweet boy, Sheldon! 🐶❤️

He got the full spa treatment yesterday with a bath, blow-dry, combing, and brushing, or as I like to call it, getting all fluffed up! 🥰🐾

He loves hanging out with me in my home office, especially when he can sit and stare out the window, keeping a close eye on his property! 😂🐾 And can we just talk about those gorgeous green eyes and that adorable chocolate truffle nose? Just melts my heart! ♥️

I’m heading out shortly for a final walkthrough, and it looks like another busy week ahead with 3 closings! 🏡🔑❤️ So thankful and blessed to be doing what I love!

😂 Okay, this one made me laugh because it is way too close to the truth!

We’re having to replace the mailbox insert in our brick mailbox because it’s been damaged from packages being stuffed into it over time. The other day I told hubby, “Hey, while we’re replacing it, we could make the mailbox even BIGGER!” 📬😂

He immediately said, “NO! Then the mailman will just think he can fit even bigger packages in there!” 🤣

Then he said he could already picture them out there with a rubber mallet trying to make that last package fit. 🔨📦😂

So of course our son had to make this meme for us. 🤣

Funny… but also NOT funny because we really are replacing the mailbox! 😂🤦‍♀️

Who else has a mail carrier that will stuff, squeeze, bend and cram packages into the mailbox like it’s a real-life game of Tetris?! 📦📬🤣
