Some clients leave a mark on your heart. Meredith is one of those. 🐻

This closing wasn’t just a land purchase — it was the first chapter of a dream she’s been building toward. We hiked. We laughed. We pulled approximately one million ticks off ourselves and I seen a snake 🐍. Billy and Christopher even joined the search because that’s just how we do things around here. And then we found it — the one piece of land where she just knew. A creek runs below the property, and one day she’ll hear it from her front porch of the home she built herself. Next adventure is the building phase while getting her home on the market….stay tuned!

Today we closed on that land. 🗝️

Her therapy dog Remy made his closing day debut (still in training — bless his heart, he was NOT interested in sitting still for photos 😂) and Christopher snuck into the closing pic because of course he did.

This is just the beginning. Next comes the build, and I’ll be right there walking her through every step. Stay tuned — there are a lot of closing pics and big moments ahead for this one. 🏡

Fourteen years young today and still the sweetest, most special pup a family could ask for!!!!! We sang Happy Birthday, spoiled him with birthday toys and ALL the treats, and of course his special homemade birthday dinner….because that’s just how we do it around here….lol!!!!

Stewie, you’ve been our heart for fourteen incredible years and you’ll ALWAYS be our forever puppy 🥰 We hope your day is filled with treats, hugs, belly rubs, and all the love in the world!!!! Some days in real estate look a little different than you’d expect. Today started with a backroad, a fallen tree, and a quick teamwork moment before we ever pulled up to the property. 🌳 Thankful for a hubby who never leaves home without tow straps and a son who doubles as our personal Mr. Muscles — because in Middle Tennessee, you handle what the road throws at you and keep on going. Once we arrived, it was worth every bit of it — a great showing with a wonderful friend and client, and got to catch up with the builder who also happens to be a friend. Days like this remind me why I love what I do. Community, family, and finding people the perfect place to call home. 🏡🐻

When your clients become friends for life, you don’t just send them a listing link — you lace up your boots and hike the property WITH them. 🥾

The boys and I tackled hills, dodged ticks, encountered exactly ONE snake (I screamed — no further questions), and laughed the whole way up and back down again. We walked the land, dreamed out loud about where the house would go, and had our amazing friend and site prep pro weigh in on the details that matter most.

THAT is what buying land is supposed to feel like. Not a transaction — an adventure. 🐻

Y’all, this weekend did NOT disappoint! 🐻 Between walking land, showing properties, burning up the phone lines, and getting contracts in order — Big Bear Realty has been in full swing. And I have to give a shoutout to my hubby Billy and son Christopher for hauling me around to showings today — these boys show up every single time! 🙌 And the best part?
