I’m excited to welcome Jennifer Porco to Realty85! Jennifer brings more than 25 years of real estate experience and will be serving Knoxville and the East Tennessee market.

What if your opportunities didn’t stop at your state line?

Sometimes the strongest foundations are the ones bold enough to evolve. Realty85 is doing just that.

And here’s the part most agents are starting to realize…

The way real estate compensation is structured is changing fast—commission compression is real, with more and more deals landing at 2% or less, compared to the 3%–4% many built their careers on.

At the same time, most models still only reward you for one thing: closing deals.

That’s why this matters.

Because when income becomes tighter on production alone, the question becomes:

How else are you getting paid for the work you’re already doing?

This model opens the door to something different—revenue share from building a network of agents (regardless of state) and the opportunity to earn equity in the ownership of the company itself.

For individual agents, teams, brokers, and brokerage owners alike, this is worth at least understanding.

Not forever.

Not “someday.”

Now.
