It was an absolute pleasure to guide these clients in their journey to build their final forever home here in Maine. We’ve done it all together… looked at homes, walked land while it rained on us, met with different builders, reviewed plans, negotiated, picked out the perfect finishes… the list goes on.

It was beyond rewarding to see all the hard work come together!

Perhaps you thought I forgot about sharing my marathon journey with you but guess what? I didn’t!

I’m just a little behind so please enjoy a highlight over week two and three of my training. This was in mid-November so all of my running was still outside… winter came fast this year so I’m already missing this!

Bulk of what I did over these two weeks was go for one “long” run a week and then do another 2-3 workouts with a short run warm-up before lifting followed by a metcon or sprinting session. Is this the right approach? No clue 😂 Feedback is always welcome here friends.

Week one is in the books! Started off with lots of motivation and got my runs and workouts in all week… but then woke up today DREADING the five miles on my calendar. It happens 🤷‍♀️

I was alerted by my watch today that I haven’t run over four miles since 2022… and this was pre-Garmin days so that means we’ll be celebrating a PR every week my friends 😉

- Mid-week WOD at with my hardworking friends 💪🏼
- Getting some knee sleeves (IYKYK)
- Sitting in the sauna

Happy Friday! Woke up feeling slightly terrified but I’ve been on this planet long enough to know that feeling is, in many ways, the same as excitement. It means I’m doing something worthwhile.

One of my goals is to share more content about myself here… which is uncomfortable but shouldn’t be considering how much I love getting to know all of my clients and colleagues. So, buckle up because we’re running a marathon! 😉

Looking forward to highlighting some local resources and businesses that help along my journey as well as and sharing some laughs (maybe even a few tears) with you.

If you have advice, words of support, jokes… I’m here for it all. Let’s go!

Here I am! All summed up in one little photo… 😉

We all wear so many hats in our respective lives and I hope this brings to life a few of mine.

One of the things I love most about residential real estate is getting to know my clients and playing a role in all the “next chapters”. Even if we’re working together on smart investments… we get to talk a lot to make things happen!
