Her father and grandfather had their own Real Estate Brokerage for many years. Her background is in Retail Management and Insurance litigation and negotiation. She is a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE) and also specializes helping Seniors softly transition to new accommodations, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES.) Wendi is driven to help others experience the same sense of reward and accomplishment she had when she bought her first home. Her client achievements have been recognized widely, which includes 2022 and 2023 Circle of Excellence Award and 2019 Presidents Award. She is has served on many Board positions with Portland Women's Council of Realtors (WCR). Wendi is currently the 2026 President Elect for WCR. She enjoys being an Ambassador for the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce, Mentor, an active member of the Happy Valley Business Alliance (HVBA) and a Member and Sponsor of the (MSN), Metropolitan Senior Network. In Wendi's spare time, she spends time working in her yard, taking long walks with her five dogs and husband, family bbq's with her two daughters, kayaking on the river, playing Pickle ball and hitting the gym.
