Congratulations to Danny on purchasing his very first home!

Danny reached out to me after his boss, who I grew up with, recommended that he work with me to find his first home. We quickly got him pre-approved with Team Lane at CMG Financial and got to work.

The first home we wrote an offer on wasn’t meant to be, and we ended up getting outbid. But when we walked through 1 Staples Street, Danny could immediately see the potential. He knew he could put in some work, make it his own, and turn it into the perfect first home.

After some negotiating, we were able to get him under contract for $30,000 less than the asking price!

Then came the fun part: Danny left for work in California just two days after going under contract. With him across the country, I coordinated the home inspection here while working with Phenix Title to arrange a mobile notary so Danny could sign everything he needed to right from California.

Buying your first home is a big accomplishment, and doing it while working across the country definitely adds another layer to the process. I’m so happy we were able to make everything come together smoothly for him.

Congratulations to my seller and the lucky buyer!

After lots of showings in just 7 days, we received multiple strong, clean offers and are officially moving forward!

This result didn’t happen by accident. Before we ever hit the market, we had a plan. The home was completely emptied, professionally cleaned from top to bottom, and then professionally photographed and filmed to make sure it showed at its absolute best online.

My seller also trusted my recommendation when it came to the list price and an offer deadline in place and that strategy paid off exactly as we hoped.

Congratulations to Jordan on the purchase of his first home!

Jordan first reached out to me back in 2023 to start the home-buying process. I connected him with Team Lane at CMG Financial to get pre-approved, and from there, the house hunt was officially on.

Over the next three years, we looked at plenty of homes, but none of them ever felt like the right one for Jordan. We knew when the right house came along, it would be obvious.
