Hi, I’m Megan — the newest face around West Village!

I come from a creative background in brand strategy, marketing, events, and hospitality. I’ve always had an interest in real estate, with an especially big love for thoughtful design, homes with character, and the neighborhoods and small businesses around them.

Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our two kids— taking a morning coffee walk, grabbing oysters + martinis at Earl’s Premier, or finding something new to rearrange in our house.

I’m so happy to be part of West Village and can’t wait to bring my creative eye into real estate — helping clients see the potential in a space and find a home that feels like home.

But the truth is, every home calls for something different. Sometimes we go all out, and sometimes bottled water, professional flyers and a perfectly clean space are exactly what it needs.

Coffee and a real estate story you won't believe. ☕

The week before closing, our seller's home was broken into and several major appliances were stolen.
Stressful? Absolutely.

But this is exactly why having an experienced agent matters. One phone call turned into a plan, everyone communicated quickly, insurance stepped in, and both the buyer and seller were taken care of.

Real estate is full of surprises, but you never have to navigate them alone.

West Plaza is one of those neighborhoods that feels instantly like Kansas City.

Sarah lived there for 10 years and raised her daughters there in their early years, so she knows the magic is in the everyday moments. At a showing, we’re thinking about whether the home works for your actual life, not just your Pinterest board. Is the layout right for your stage of life? Is the street busier than you expected? Are there older windows, signs of water, or a roof that deserves a closer look?

Warm wood kitchens, collected lighting, small rooms with big personalities, outdoor spaces that feel like true living rooms, and traditional details mixed with cleaner styling. They may not appear on a property fact sheet, but they are often what make a home feel memorable.
